Oversee the overall performance of PR-QAQC Unit and ensuring credibility and timely delivery of the function; design the SP QAQC guideline to be used by managers and respective IPs as well as coordinate all QAQC activities on-site with the different managers; ensure all project quality systems are in place before the deployment of any new project and that are aligned with the QAQC guidelines; develop an annual planning mechanism to be used by all functions and monitor its implementation; develop an accessible SP reporting dashboard that can be used for reporting on a weekly, monthly, by-annual, and annual basis; implement Project Social Performance Reports to internal and external stakeholders meeting the international standards of GRI and another international public disclose for extractive industry; implement Social Performance Management System across departments based on Lean Manufacturing methodology or other industry acceptable method; implement a Learning process based on M&E ensuring that key lessons are spread within MozLNG Project and other company projects elsewhere; lead the Planning and Content development function focused on ensuring awareness and understanding of all Project activities on a rolling 3-month basis to support delivery of stakeholder engagement; continually assessing the approaches to engagement; and, leading the development of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials interfacing with internal stakeholders; implement based on IFC standards Social Management Plan management routines and forums, and work with engagement team to implement Above Ground Risk Group activities including social risk assessments.
Requisitos
- Master’s degree in social studies, Economics, Development, Anthropology, or similar areas will be preferred;
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record in Planning, Reporting, QAQC and M&E;
- Experience working in the field of Social Performance/Socioeconomic Development and in the extractive industry;
- Solid knowledge of relevant international Performance Standards;
- Awareness, knowledge and understanding and experience of the diversity of fields that together make up Social Performance including engagement, resettlement, social investment, PIIM; community health safety and security; etc.
