Responsibilities:

Identify customer preferences and market trends to select appropriate merchandise.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery. schedules
-
Plan and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock without over- or under-stocking.

Analyze sales data, market conditions, and seasonal trends to inform purchasing decisions.

Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and store operations teams to align product selection with brand and business strategy.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Retail Buyer or in a similar procurement/purchasing role (minimum 3 years).

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management.
-
Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
