ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Lead the key account sales team to achieve sales targets and manage all operational and strategic relationships with national retail chains.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and monitor the daily performance of the chain store sales force.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with head-office buyers, category managers, and key store managers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for annual trading terms, new product listings (food, cosmetics, electronics), pricing, and promotional space.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure perfect in-store execution of promotions, pricing, and merchandising standards across all branches.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, stock levels, and collections for all key accounts.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and market trends within the chains,
- providing regular reports to the Sales Manager
