We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing digital banking team in Maputo. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our innovative digital financial products. You will be responsible for proactively identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and educating the market on the benefits of our digital-first banking approach. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resilient, and organized professional with a proven track record in financial services sales and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Proactive Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and onboard new individual and SME clients for the bank’s suite of digital banking products to meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Client Education & Relationship Management: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and security of our digital products. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities

Qualificações
- Solid knowledge of financial products, preferably with an understanding of digital banking trends
- Knowledge of financial products
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and a strong comfort with digital tools.
