As we expand our footprint in Mozambique, we are looking for a passionate and professional Sales Regional Manager to join our dynamic team in one of our business units.

Job Summary

As the Sales Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, strengthening the brand’s presence, managing local teams, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic plans. You will play a critical role in aligning regional objectives with national goals and ensuring sustainable market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead and motivate sales and distribution teams across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, retailers, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or regional management, preferably in the mobile or electronics sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Nampula market and surrounding regions.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
