ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned route/clients.
- Conduct daily visits to clients to secure orders, manage collections, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (buyers, store managers).
- Ensure excellent product visibility, placement, and merchandising in-store.
- Execute promotions and marketing activities as directed by category and marketing teams.
- Provide regular feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to the supervisor.
- Resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
