A Union Energy Mozambique está a recrutar um (1) Sales Representative para Beira.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00–12:00, 14:00–17:00
Saturday: 8:00–12:00
Salary: Basic 10,000–30,000 MZN/month + Allowance + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and expanding the distribution channels for industrial products (such as tires, lubricants, machinery, etc.);
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to drive sales growth;
- Execute sales strategies, track performance, and follow up on orders and deliveries;
- Collect market intelligence and support marketing activities in the region;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Languages: Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome;
- Prior experience in industrial product sales (e.g., tires, lubricants, machinery) is preferred;
- Experience in channel sales or FMCG distribution is a plus;
- Candidates who have worked at Tire Cooperation, Leader Trade, Novato, or Simba will be given priority;
Skills:
- Willingness to travel frequently across regions;
- Strong communication and client service skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Traits: Proactive, result-oriented, adaptable, and hardworking.
