Job Purpose
Ensures security of a specific perimeter in compliance with applicable legislation and Group Security policy
Job Description
- Conducts regular security inspections of the facility.
- Implements the facility security plan, supporting the development, revision and maintenance of Security policies and procedures.
- Reports any deficiencies and non-conformities identified during internal audits, periodic reviews, security inspections, and compliance verifications to ensure any corrective actions are implemented.
- Reports any incidents that threaten security of the facility to the Company Security Officer and relevant authorities.
- Enhances security awareness and vigilance of all relevant personnel through monitoring performance, confirming identity, and communicating relevant messages.
- Ensures that adequate training has been provided to all personnel responsible for security.
- Ensures that security equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and maintained.
- Supervises/coordinates actions within the HSES team.
- Ensures homogeneity/coherence within the pakageof the managed perimeter.
- Ensures the transfer of experience/knowledge.
You Are Meant For This Job If
- Certificate or equivalent / technical background in the field.
- Experience in an offshore environment.
- Hold a Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer), if applicable.
