ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Quality parameters for tube mills and slitting machines focus on dimensional accuracy, surface integrity, and production efficiency
- Regular Maintenance and Inspection: Implementing a proactive maintenance schedule ensures that all components function correctly, reducing unexpected downtimes.
- Precision in Tooling Alignment: Utilize precision instruments to align rolls and dies accurately.
- Regularly verify alignment, especially after maintenance activities.
- Operator Training and Skill Development: Well-trained operators can identify and rectify issues promptly, maintaining seamless operations.
- Monitoring and Control Systems: Install sensors to monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, and speed. Implement data analytics to predict and prevent potential failures.
- Material Quality Management: Establish strict quality control measures for incoming materials.
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain consistent material standards.
- Basic knowledge of Quality norms & standards.
