SENIOR PURCHASING ANALYST

About this offer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual purchasing plan, aligned with operational and maintenance needs.
  • Establish criteria for evaluating and selecting materials, parts, and services, prioritizing quality, delivery times, and reliability.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery times, contracts, and service levels to ensure the best commercial conditions.
  • Procure goods and services on the domestic and international markets.
  • Coordinate the processes of importing goods, from purchase to customs clearance and receipt.
  • Research, qualify and maintain a portfolio of reliable suppliers, including distributors and specialized service providers.
  • Create and implement supplier performance evaluation indicators.
  • Map purchasing needs, monitor and forecast demand.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure traceability, documentation and full recording of all purchases.
  • Participate in defining minimum and maximum stock levels and criticality of parts.
  • Prepare reports on expenditure, savings achieved, deviations and trends for decision-making.
  • Proceed with complaints and returns of goods that do not comply with orders.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree in Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the automotive sector and solid knowledge of mechanics applied to workshop and fleet management.
