This role involves the strategic management of specialized recruitment processes within the Oil and Gas sector for CBE Southern Africa. The consultant acts as a trusted partner to clients, identifying and securing high-caliber talent in a competitive, globalized industry.
Funções
- Lead the full recruitment and selection cycle for technical, specialized, and leadership roles
- Develop and implement tailored talent attraction strategies, including direct headhunting and confidential searches
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and sector-specific competencies
- Negotiate employment conditions and contractual terms while ensuring clear communication between all parties
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of niche talent, such as engineers and offshore operations professionals
Requisitos
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is required
- Candidates must possess 7 to 10 years of proven recruitment experience, specifically within the Oil and Gas sector
- Expert-level command of headhunting techniques and experience with international or multinational environments is essential
- The role requires fluency in English and a well-established professional network within the energy industry
