Role purpose: Act as a bridge between technology team and all internal customers for all new initiatives ensuring complete business analysis is performed, technical solution defined, quality delivery and business objectives achieved.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Perform requirements analysis and identify improvements supporting business areas to mature all their new initiatives.
• Grant demand process continuous improvement contributing for better efficient controls as well as support the technology and business teams.
• Active participation in key sessions such as demand analysis, architecture discussion, technical solution and delivery governance definition.
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered within required quality with solid test specification plan preparation and execution.
• Grant reporting preparation and delivery to senior management within agreed frequency.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Understanding of telecom systems and system architecture concepts;
• Proven ability to understand business cases, preferably with experience working in Agile;
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills, across various levels;
• Planning skills, team player, confident, Self-driven towards achieving goals;
• Ability to speak in English and Portuguese.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems Technology, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
• GSM Knowledge (desirable);
• Project Management experience (desirable);

• % of successful demand delivery against commitment;
• Reduce rework and/or project cost(s) through quality business analysis;
• Ensure proper usage of all tools and processes from all key stakeholders contributing for efficient controls.
