Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in overseeing the company’s budget and growth strategy.
- Execute strategies to optimize the growth of the company and assets.
- Ensure the specialisation and effectiveness of operational platforms.
- Create strategies to combat theft and stock loss and implement initiatives to reduce company costs.
- Oversee financial reporting in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
- Promote safety performance and culture, financial management, accounting and banking processes.
- Managing personnel and leading performance evaluations, to ensure a committed and qualified workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to create an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or related fields and the master’s or PHD level can be an advantage.
- More than 10 years of experience in the management of human resources, finance, operations or management strategies of complex and large companies.
- Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role.
- Excellent operational and financial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written skills and experience working with staff at all levels.
- Proven experience of exceptional performance in a previous complex company.
