Responsibilities:

Supervise and support shop floor staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Monitor and manage daily store operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, cash handling).

Assist with inventory control: receiving stock, stock rotation, and minimizing loss.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operations reports.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail or shop supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of inventory systems and POS software.
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
