Responsibilities:
- Coordinate enterprise development center activities.
- Coordinate and review the reporting for supplier-related Local Content data/metrics, and designs.
- Build and analyse Project Local Content updates, including narrative, graphics, dashboards, and reports, both in written an oral form internally and externally.
- Support the development of supplier development communication activities.
- Coordinate Project-led supplier development readiness requirements.
- Establish routine coordination meetings with other supplier development.
- Create presentations and other material as necessary to track performance and communicate at all levels of the Company.
- Provide regular and timely supplier development reporting.
- Support general Local Content activities, as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ablity to lead and facilitate discussions.
- Skilled in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to plan in a strategic and innovative manner.
- Knowledge of of Mozambican local content law and government landscape.
- Experience in implementing supplier development programs for the Oil and Gas sector.
- Experience in leading supplier development, including programs and events, procurement, National supplier capacity for oil & gas and construction industries, and contractor management.
- Strong ability to collaborate with counterparts to actively support and participate in other Local Content activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral English.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Business, Commercial, Economics, Social Science & Humanities, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years business, government, or other organization with local content and supplier development.
- Requires travel to Project work site, as needed, to support and monitor supplier development and utilization.
