Duties
- Identifying and establishing new business opportunities with potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions and services
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services
- Act as a technical expert during pre-sales engagements, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Analyze customer needs and align them with appropriate products and solutions
- Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and provide guidance on product configurations
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offering and communicate its value proposition effectively to customers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve product features and functionality
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with the support team to ensure prompt resolution
- Serve as a point of contact for customers post-sale, building and maintaining strong relationships
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft and IBM are a plus
- Experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role
- 2 of years n-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Replication systems, virtualization and cloud computing
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Portuguese is required
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
