A Union Energy Mozambique está a recrutar um (1) Tires & Lubricants (Channel Sales) para Matola.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
Salary：Basic + Allowance + Commiision (to be discussed)
Responsibilities:
- Promote products and sales policies to increase market penetration,brand awareness and sales volume;
- Collect and report market information, including competitor pricing, promotions, and stock levels;
- Implement company’s marketing, promotion, and product roll out plans;
- Achieve sales targets and ensure product visibility and availability in the market;
- Visit clients regularly, provide pre-sales and after-sales support;
- Assist the customers in training,team management,display and promotion of products.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Languages: Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
Experience:
- No less than 2 years of working experience in van distribution;
- Experience in sales of products like tires, lubricants, spare parts and accessories is preferred;
Personal skills:
- Fieldwork readiness and willingness to travel;
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities;
- Proven self-motivation with strong time-management and independent work skills;
- Valid driver’s license; van driving experience is a plus;
- Gender: Female.
