- Coordinate transportation services for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Schedule and monitor vehicle movements to operational sites and camps.
- Manage transportation requests and route planning.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, inspected, and compliant with company standards.
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with road safety regulations.
- Maintain transportation records, fuel consumption reports, and vehicle utilization data.
- Coordinate emergency transportation requirements when needed.
- Support logistics operations related to material deliveries and equipment mobilization.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and transportation procedures.
- Investigate transportation incidents and prepare reports.
Requisitos
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Defensive driving or fleet management certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience.
- Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Mining, or large infrastructure projects preferred.
- Fleet management systems.
- Route planning and logistics coordination.
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and HSE requirements.
