CCS JV the consortium contracted by TotalEnergies E&P Mozambique Area 1 (TEPMA1) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Mozambique LNG project, a natural gas liquefaction facility on the Afungi peninsula in Cabo Delgado province, is looking for Warehouse Supervisor – Data Entry & Systems.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor – Data Entry & Systems to supervise warehouse data-entry and material-control activities, ensuring accurate transactions, inventory integrity and reliable reporting through SPMAT / SmartPlant Materials.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise SPMAT transactions and warehouse data-entry activities.
- Ensure accurate recording of receipts, issues, transfers, returns and stock adjustments.
- Monitor system versus physical inventory and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and reporting.
- Support physical inventories, cycle counts and material reconciliation.
- Supervise and train data-entry personnel.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Construction, Procurement, Logistics, QC and IT teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse/material control or data management.
- 2–3 years of practical SPMAT experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- LNG, Oil & Gas, EPC or major construction project experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting and team-supervision skills.
- Good command of English
