ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workshop staff and mechanics.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and support complex repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and tools.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics and technicians.
- Liaise with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work.
- Recommend improvements to workshop processes and efficiency
