ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone/virtual interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct reference and background checks; prepare and extend job offers and negotiate terms
- within approved parameters.
- Support onboarding logistics and coordinate with HR/operations to ensure smooth new-hire
- Good knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Professionalism and strong customer-service orientation.
- Knowledge of using ERP, CRM, HRMS, MIS reporting and advance level of Excel.
