Our client in Maputo is looking for a Business Deveppment Manager to join their team within Toursim Sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
