JOB INFORMATION

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: typically 3-7 years
- Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Salary: Industry standard + bonus
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for seamless service delivery
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Minimum education level
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the travel industry (preferred, if applicable)
