Oversee effective management of Embassy facilities, assets, and operational resources. Ensure buildings, equipment, and services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance.
Funções
  • Facilities & Property Management: Daily operations, maintenance, preventive systems, asset register
  • Security & Risk: Review security, risk assessments, emergency plans
  • Fleet & Logistics: Manage fleet, drivers, fuel monitoring, VIP support
  • Utilities & Contracts: Monitor usage, procurement, vendor performance
  • Sustainability: Implement green practices, reduce energy/water consumption
  • Management: Supervise support staff, drivers, caretakers
Requisitos
  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years in facilities/property management
  • 3+ years supervising/coordinating support staff
  • Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • Experience in asset management and logistics
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in Mozambique
