Position: People and Talent (Human Resources) Internship.
Location: Maputo
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension to maximum 12 months.
Reporting to: Country People and Talent Manager
Objective of the Internship:
To provide the intern with practical experience in human resources management while supporting the
People and Talent Unit in executing key HR functions

Key Responsabilities
- Provide assistance in maintaining and organizing all HR related documents and ensure thatall files are updated (both physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing HR letters/memo’s, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Support in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in preparing recruitment documentation and filing.
- Conduct desk research on HR best practices, policies, and trends.
- Assist in coordination of on-boarding new staff
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People and Talent Unit.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and scheduling orientation sessions for new hires.

Your profile
Required qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing working conditions
Languages
• Fluently spoken and written English and Portuguese.
