We are looking for a high-energy Recruitment Officer to join our delivery team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients (hiring companies) and candidates. You will be responsible for the full 360-recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing quality candidates while maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and job seekers.

Responsabilidades
  • Sourcing & Attraction:
  • – Utilize job boards (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, databases, and networking to source active and passive candidates
  • – Write and post compelling job advertisements that attract high-quality applicants
  • – Proactively build a pipeline of talent for current and future roles through headhunting and referral generation
  • Screening & Assessment:
  • – Conduct initial telephone and screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • – Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests or assessments as required by clients
  • Client Management:
  • – Build strong relationships with client hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture
  • – Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • – Gather and deliver constructive feedback to candidates post-interview
  • – Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to directly to client, complete with detailed interview notes
  • Offer Management & Onboarding:
  • – Support the negotiation process regarding salary, benefits, and start dates
  • – Manage the pre-employment checks (references, background checks, and right-to-work verification).
  • – Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for placed candidates.
Qualificações
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR
  • Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS software
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to “sell” roles to candidates and candidates to clients
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment or niche specialization.
