AGRO PROJECT – MOZAMBIQUE
LOCAL OPPORTUNITIES
KCSC Consulting, in partnership with Progeco Next, is seeking qualified Mozambican professionals to join the Agro Project team.

OPEN POSITIONS
1. SENIOR AGRONOMIST
High-level professional with solid experience, preferably in oilseed crops, and strong skills in agricultural project management, ISCC certification and technical-operational coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage agricultural activities in line with project objectives.
- Develop and implement crop production plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISCC certification requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to field teams.
- Monitor crop performance and implement improvement actions.
- Prepare technical reports and performance analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Agronomy or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in agriculture, preferably with oilseed crops.
- Experience with ISCC certification (desirable).
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
2. GIS EXPERT
Specialized professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), supporting agricultural activities, spatial analysis, crop planning, field operations monitoring and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and analyze spatial data for agricultural planning and operations.
- Develop maps, spatial models and GIS reports.
- Support field activities with accurate geospatial information.
- Monitor crop performance and land use using GIS tools.
- Ensure data quality and GIS database management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GIS, preferably in agriculture.
- Strong skills in ArcGIS or QGIS and spatial analysis.
- Knowledge of remote sensing is an advantage.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English.
