TEPMA1 is a US$20 billion investment project progressing toward LNG delivery. Its development plan covers approximately 65 trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas through a two-train project. TEPMA1 is a key player in Mozambique’s energy sector, employing more than 10,000 people.
ITS delivers information solutions aligned with the Company strategy. Working in partnership with the business, ITS introduces, innovates and applies digital technologies to improve productivity and strengthen competitive advantage. It supports business information and digital needs by providing reliable, efficient and cost-effective services that enable users to manage information and collaborate effectively and securely.
Activities

- Ensure that IS strategy and policy meet LTP objectives and Group standards or best practices.
- Ensure ITS budget reporting, consistency, consolidation and control
- Ensure IS communication (with a focus on change management) with all stakeholders
- As an SOX control owner, is responsible for performing, evidencing and documenting all assigned SOX controls required to achieve SOX compliance.
- Delivering significant business value through the provision and management of secure and quality assured Information Services
- Ensure the quality of IS key processes.
- Ensure that TEPMA1 has a fit for purpose IS Disaster Recovery Plan and Cybersecurity organization
- Master’s degree in an IS-related discipline, or equivalent experience, with proven ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments.
- 10–15 years of IS experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational group, with strong exposure to cybersecurity, international governance and information management.
Candidate Profile

IT Strategy, Roadmap and Budget Control
• Prepare and manage the ITS annual budget, ensuring spending discipline while supporting cost reduction and ramp-up requirements.
• Prepare IT reporting for Affiliate ITS expenditure, including It related expenses assigned to other métiers in the HQ IS budget consolidation tools.
• Lead and consolidate the IS Five-Year Plan, including the Strategic Plan and Affiliate roadmaps.
• Liaise with HQ IS Correspondents to ensure TotalEnergies IS strategies, plans and key updates are communicated to Business entities, supporting preparation for future IS developments across all business domains.
• Identify the Affiliate Digital Champion and coordinate with them, the IS team and the HQ Digital team to implement innovative solutions while promoting Agile methodology.
Cybersecurity Management
• Manage and supervise the Affiliate L-ECSO, responsible for implementing and controlling IS enterprise risk management and applying HQ directives.
• Manage information security and cybersecurity by providing awareness, consultancy, advice and practical support across the Affiliate, while promoting a cyber culture to reduce and address cyber risks effectively.
• Ensure industrial cybersecurity rules are considered and respected by all project leads on site, and that industrial cyber risks are mitigated during the project build phase and beyond.
• Act as guarantor of the IS Disaster Recovery Plan, ensuring it complements and supports TEPMA1 Business Continuity Plan requirements.
• Ensure CMDB data quality for both enterprise and industrial IT assets to support effective obsolescence management.
Methods, Referential, Compliance and Information Management
• Supervise the ITS governance management system by ensuring policies and procedures are defined, followed and aligned with SLA performance requirements, while improving and streamlining processes.
• Lead the ITS Audit Plan and supervise improvement actions to ensure compliance with internal security policies, company rules, directives, guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate IT SOX controls and represent ITS in all divisional audits, including internal, external and SOX audits.
Project Management and Change Management Supervision
• Ensure proper deployment of projects led by the ITS function within the Affiliate.
• Apply local and HQ governance frameworks to all local projects.
• Ensure all IS projects across all business domains are validated and monitored by the ITS team.
• Ensure alignment between the validated IT Roadmap and the local project portfolio at Affiliate level.
• Promote ITS communication on best practices and ensure change management plans are implemented during project go-live phases.
• Develop, implement and regularly update ITS key performance indicators.
• Facilitate regular reviews to confirm IS service delivery meets business requirements.
