Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys for new developments and projects
- Take pictures of buildings around the town through a device
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
- Present findings to clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience with survey software and GIS applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal surveying regulations
- Physical stamina for conducting fieldwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
