About the Opportunity

Workforce Staffing is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Consultant to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients and drive business growth.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven sales success, with a focus on business growth and new client acquisition.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

  • Self-motivation and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • A proactive, results-driven sales approach, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new clients.

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Willingness to travel regionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends.

  • Develop strategic growth plans and monitor performance.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Develop proposals for marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

  • Prepare impactful presentations and business proposals.

  • Support recruitment activities and coordinate candidate placements.
