Our client in Maputo is looking for a Business Deveppment Manager to join their team within Toursim Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
