KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and continuously enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to teachers.
- Develop and implement engaging, child-centered curricula.
- Monitor student progress and ensure high academic standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between the school and parents.
- Prepare and communicate information to parents in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and approve all social media content, while providing guidance on digital marketing strategies.
- Play a key role in student admissions and organize admission campaigns.
- Deliver selected teaching periods as required.
