Oil & Gas Environment

Servtec SBM is supporting a major international Oil & Gas environment and is looking for a results-driven Customs & Shipping Supervisor to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods, equipment and materials. You will play a key role in coordinating customs clearance, shipping activities and logistics operations to support project and operational requirements.

THIS IS A SUPERVISORY ROLE – NOT AN ADMIN OR CLERK POSITION.
We are looking for a proactive leader with strong compliance knowledge, attention to detail and proven logistics coordination skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree
  • 3 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
  • 3 years of customs experience
  • Graduate/University degree (priority) in the relevant domain or higher qualification
  • English Language competence is required
  • Customs and clearance related course or relevant qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate customs clearance activities for import and export shipments
  • Ensure accurate preparation and submission of customs documentation
  • Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other stakeholders
  • Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and company policies
  • Manage and develop the customs and shipping team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
