A Union Energy Mozambique está a recrutar um (1) HR & Admin Assistant para Beira.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR management tasks, including collecting and organizing employee files, attendance records, and leave requests;
  • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, contract signing, and renewal procedures;
  • Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data to ensure accuracy;
  • Maintain regular communication with the HR Department in the Maputo office to convey company policies, report progress, and ensure process alignment;
  • Support daily office administrative tasks, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance coordination, document filing, and reception;
  • Coordinate daily tasks between departments to ensure smooth office operations;
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have previous work experience in Chinese companies.
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Excel, Word, and email systems;
  • Able to use English as a working language, with good communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Admin;
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of identifying and solving problems independently;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Responsible and a good team player.
