The HR Business Partner Officer operates at the officer level, focusing on the execution of fundamental HR pillars that are essential for promoting organizational growth and facilitating employee achievement. This role is dedicated to supporting strategic HR initiatives and implementing processes that enhance overall workplace effectiveness.

Responsabilidades
  • Employee Engagement: Promoting a positive work environment by fostering team collaboration, addressing workplace concerns, and implementing initiatives that build a motivated and engaged workforce
  • Learning and Development: Supporting training programs and development opportunities to enhance employees’ skills and encourage continuous growth within the organization
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process at band F and below, by identifying qualified candidates and supporting a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Performance Management: Helping in driving PMS, tracking employee progress, and supporting managers in conducting evaluations to drive productivity and improvement
  • People Internal Communication: Ensuring clear and effective communication of HR/BZ policies and processes, updates, and drive initiatives across departments, so helping employees stay informed and connected
  • Coordinate Approved HR Projects: Executing and facilitating HR-related projects as directed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion of each initiative.
Qualificações
  • Proven experience at the officer level in executing core Human Resources functions and pillars
  • Practical experience driving and supporting Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding, specifically for positions at Band F or below
  • Practical knowledge in implementing and supporting Learning and Development (L&D) programs
  • Experience coordinating, facilitating, and executing HR projects aligned with organizational goals
  • Familiarity with the Human Resources context and operations in Mozambique
Habilidades e Experiência
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Primavera is mandatory
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and current HR best practices
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Language: High proficiency in English is crucial
  • Work Style: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
