- The Key Purpose of this role is to maintain equipment in an as new condition, assuring reliable performance to standard through inspections, corrective actions to restore equipment back to inherent condition, problem solving to address root cause of failures and loop closure and provide input into the ZBB maintenance budget. Coach operators in the correct way to operate equipment and perform autonomous operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance

Comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures and applicable legislation.

Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

Identify unsafe practices through Safety Interaction Observations (SIOs).

Conduct safety inspections.

Audit safe maintenance practices.

Ensure adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies.

Ensure maintenance tools are in good working order.

Locate plant, equipment, spare parts, and relevant documentation and/or systems.

Plan and prepare maintenance tasks.

Key Attributes and Competencies:

Technical high school qualification in Mechanics and Electricity.

Proficiency in computer use at user level.

Acceptable level of English proficiency.

Efficient, communicative, dynamic, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Minimum Requirements:

Technical high school qualification in Mechanics and Electricity.
-
1-3 Years technical mechanical/electrical and bottling experience in a FMCG environment
