To execute and oversee security operations within the mining concession, including the Process Plant and Mining Pit areas. The role is responsible for leading patrol teams, combating illegal mining activities, and safeguarding company assets while ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and human rights policies.
Funções
- Team Leadership & Procedure Enforcement: Lead, brief, and guide the patrol team to implement all security standards, SOPs, and policies
- Illegal Mining Intervention: Seize illegally mined materials, conduct primary investigations of illegal miners, and ensure adherence to Human Rights policies
- Site & Asset Security: Safeguard company assets and employees by responding to threats, monitoring material movement, and securing key areas like the stockyard and Washplant
- Risk Management & Reporting: Identify security risks and breaches, conduct investigations, write risk assessments, and prepare detailed incident reports
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain administrative control over security groups and ensure compliance across all operations
Requisitos
- Education & Background: A degree or equivalent, plus a mandatory background in Military, Police, or Private Security
- Licenses & Clearance: Must possess a valid driver’s licence (LMV) and a clear criminal history with a Police Clearance Certificate
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Mining Sector or with high-risk Process Plants is highly advantageous
- Skills & Attributes: Must be physically fit, proficient in English, and possess strong planning, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Age Preference: The ideal candidate is between 30 and 45 years old
