Our Client is a prestigious company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

FUNCTION

Reporting to the onshore project services manager, the site document controller will be responsible for performing document control activities at the project site, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and secure management of all project documentation in compliance with company and project procedures, standards, and requirements; the incumbent will be responsible for managing local contractor onboarding into the new PRODOM system; ensuring the implementation of project document control processes and standards; guaranteeing the integrity and completeness of project information within the electronic document management system (EDMS); performing document receipt, registration, coding, distribution, and tracking; ensuring compliance with project information delivery requirements; supporting the preparation and control of red-line and as-built documentation; assisting in the information handover to operations; responding to document and information requests from project stakeholders; maintaining master document registers and document distribution matrices; liaising with contractors and internal document control teams; supporting training of internal and external users on new PRODOM; and ensuring strict compliance with HSSE standards, company ethics, and code of conduct.

Requisitos

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent completed;
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects as a Document Controller;
  • At least 02 years of experience in a Senior Document Control role;
  • Experience in large-scale engineering, construction or industrial operations projects;
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS);
  • Knowledge of systems such as New Prodom will be considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and scanning tools;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and local language (advantage);
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy;
  • Ability to work in multicultural and high-pressure environments;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Mozambican Nationality.
