Key Focus: High-volume distribution, cross-border coordination (South Africa, Eswatini), and urban last-mile delivery.

Funções

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in the Southern hub, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods;
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and full physical inventories;
  maintain <1% discrepancy rate;
• Coordinate closely with transport partners and customs brokers for smooth import/export clearance at Maputo Port and Komatipoort border;
• Supervise a team of 10–20 warehouse operatives;
  ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and productivity standards;
• Implement and enforce 5S or lean warehouse practices to optimize space utilization and workflow;
• Liaise with sales and customer service teams to prioritize urgent orders, especially for high-demand urban clients in Maputo, Xai-Xai, and Inhambane;
• Prepare operational reports (KPIs: order fulfillment time, damage rate, labor efficiency) for regional and head office review;
