We are pleased to announce an open position for a Receptionist based at our Maputo office.
Position Details
Position: Receptionist
Age: Up to 35 years
Gender: Female
Working Location: Maputo
Working Hours: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; 9:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays
Monthly Salary: 14000-18000MZN

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive, attend to, and direct clients, visitors, and phone calls;
  2. Manage the drivers work schedule;
  3. Ensure control of office supplies (administrative materials);
  4. Maintain and update the administrative inventory;
  5. Handle interaction with administrative service providers, including follow-up and processing of payments;
  6. Process payments for water, electricity, and internet services;
  7. Monitor and ensure the renewal of vehicle licenses;
  8. rack and manage vehicle maintenance;
  9. Make hotel and restaurant reservations as required;
  10. Organize and maintain updated administrative records and documentation;
  11. Provide support in general administrative activities;
  12. Ensure a professional reception service and uphold the company’s image.

    Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Dynamic, proactive, and responsible profile
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
