We are looking for a meticulous Collections Officer to manage our repayment cycle and keep our loan portfolio healthy
Responsabilidades
- Reconcile monthly payroll deduction remittances from employers against expected loan repayment schedules
- Record all repayments accurately in our lending management system
- Identify and follow up on arrears with employer payroll departments and borrowers
- Issue repayment statements and receipts to borrowers on request
- Maintain up-to-date arrears records and provide regular status updates to the Manager
- Refer payment plans, restructuring requests, and any fraud concerns to the Manager
Qualificações
- Experience in collections, credit control, or bank reconciliation is an advantage.

- Excellent numeracy and accuracy in record-keeping
- Persistent and professional communicator in both Portuguese and English
- Honest, reliable, and comfortable using cloud-based software
