Set up, operate and monitor CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components, in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
Responsabilidades
- Operate mechanical lathes and CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Read technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor machining processes for quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts against specifications
- Apply mathematical and physics knowledge for machining calculations
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualificações
- Deep knowledge in OCTG, accessories, DP & HWDP machining requirement
- Knowledge & proficiency in the use and application of precision measuring / Calibration instruments
- Proficiency of trigonometric calculation & technical drawings
- Use of CNC Program or CNC Programming
Habilidades e Experiência
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in an industrial setting, with mechanical lathe and CNC
- Very good spoken and written English
- Very good knowledge of mathematics and physics
- Knowledge of oil threads
- Knowledge of “premium” type threads
