Our client in Tete is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join their team within the Mining Sector.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage customer enquiries, provide technical advice, and recommend suitable parts solutions.
  • Identify required parts accurately using equipment details, serial numbers, and technical references.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Monitor parts availability, stock levels, backorders, and coordinate timely deliveries.
  • Resolve order issues, returns, and customer concerns through appropriate systems and procedures.
  • Build strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 

  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, equipment sales, or related technical sales environment.
  • Experience using SAP SD/MM or other ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of parts sales processes, inventory management, and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
