Our client in Tete is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join their team within the Mining Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries, provide technical advice, and recommend suitable parts solutions.
- Identify required parts accurately using equipment details, serial numbers, and technical references.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Monitor parts availability, stock levels, backorders, and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Resolve order issues, returns, and customer concerns through appropriate systems and procedures.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, equipment sales, or related technical sales environment.
- Experience using SAP SD/MM or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of parts sales processes, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
