Our client in Tete is looking for a Parts Superior to join their team within the Mining Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and ensure the execution of parts indemnity claims, including reporting excess, missing, or damaged parts and submitting the corresponding claims.
- Report any deficiencies related to contamination control.
- Understand audit findings within the area of responsibility and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of warehouse processes and maintain daily compliance with established procedures.
- Assist with daily container inspections and inventory stock counts, as required.
- Ensure compliance with task-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as collection waiting times.
- Support return shipment activities when applicable, including central consolidation and supplier returns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP EWM or SAP WM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best warehousing practices.
- Forklift operator license/certification (preferred).
- Completed Secondary Education.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and make decisions.
- Ability to handle heavy loads.
