The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing, Communications & Brand Manager to lead the development of a strong, credible and influential brand that supports our commercial growth and national impact.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the organisation’s marketing strategy, corporate communications and brand management while working closely with Business Development, Government Relations and Programme Delivery teams.
You will help position Field Ready as Mozambique’s leading workforce development and Local Content partner by creating compelling narratives, building market visibility and generating qualified commercial opportunities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Marketing, Communication & Brand Manager – Northern Region, you will:
- Develop and execute Field Ready’s national Marketing, Communications and Brand Strategy.
- Strengthen and protect the Field Ready brand across all stakeholder touchpoints.
- Position Field Ready as Mozambique’s leading authority on workforce development, employability and Local Content.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities and support commercial growth.
- Lead the development of thought leadership, case studies, market insights and strategic content.
- Oversee Field Ready’s digital presence across the website, LinkedIn, Facebook, email marketing and emerging channels.
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral, executive presentations, videos and sales enablement materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry associations and strategic partners.
- Coordinate Field Ready’s participation in conferences, exhibitions, employer forums and national events.
- Measure marketing performance and continuously optimise campaigns using data and analytics.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to strengthen client engagement and support revenue generation.

Within your first 12 months, you will have:
- Established a strong and consistent national brand presence.
- Positioned Field Ready as a recognised thought leader in workforce development and Local Content.
- Increased awareness among employers, government and development partners.
- Delivered integrated campaigns that generate measurable commercial opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with creativity, commercial awareness and exceptional execution.
You should have:
- At least seven years’ experience in marketing, communications, branding or corporate affairs.
- Experience leading integrated marketing and brand strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, public relations and corporate communications.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Experience building and managing strong corporate brands.
- Demonstrated ability to use marketing insights and analytics to improve performance.
- Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Experience within industrial sectors, workforce development, education, consulting or international development will be highly regarded.
